Meet The Executive Team
Louanne Madorma
Louanne Madorma has a diverse and accomplished background including dance, choreography, direction, musical theater, project development, creative producing and casting. All of which gives her a unique perspective and 25 years of experience in all aspects of the entertainment industry. Her approach to business has always been to build relationships, constantly learn, evolve and to understand the artist and the client. She founded Madorma Casting and her vast contacts over the years have become a network allowing her to bring the most collaborative and uniquely talented creative teams and casts together. Her casting and producing credits encompass Broadway, Circus Arts, Film, Television, Live Arena Tours, Theater Tours and more - Her energy is boundless and she especially enjoys the challenge when a project is "difficult to cast". Some of her credits include working with America's Got Talent, Radio City Music Hall, Superbowl LII, Le Reve the Dream, Kelly Clarkson, Hugh Jackman, Cher, Martina McBride, Mannheim Steamroller, John Fogerty, Westlife's Reunion Arena Tour, Paramount Pictures, Fox Searchlight, Jon Secada, Rachel York, Troika Entertainment, Norwegian Cruise Lines, Radio City Music Hall and numerous Musical Theater shows.
Cassie Halliwell
Cassie Halliwell is a seasoned TV executive and Casting Director. She has been on the creative teams that developed and sold TV shows to: CBS, FOOD Network, HGTV, Travel Channel and National Geographic. Cassie is a seasoned casting and development executive with over fifteen years in the entertainment industry. In that time, she has been involved in some of television's biggest hits and leading nationwide casting tours. She was also responsible for head-hunting and developing talent to star in their own shows. Cassie started out on the streets (actual streets) as a recruiter for MTV, eventually working her way up to the executive level, where she was responsible for everything from creating concepts and writing pitch material to casting talent, editing sizzles and pitching the shows themselves. Along the way, she spent time as a professional dancer, a writer and a performer for Second City, Las Vegas. Being on both sides of the proverbial camera is a large part of what has made Cassie so successful, giving her a keen eye for spotting up-and-coming talent, and a passion for showcasing their stories. She's incredibly driven and passionate, will most likely turn banal events into spectacular competitions, and can always find the good in a difficult challenge..
