Louanne Madorma
Casting Director
Louanne Madorma has a diverse and accomplished background including dance, choreography, direction, musical theater, project development, creative producing and casting. All of which gives her a unique perspective and 25 years of experience in all aspects of the entertainment industry. Her approach to business has always been to build relationships, constantly learn, evolve and to understand the artist and the client. She founded Madorma Casting in 2010, and her vast contacts over the years have become a network allowing her to bring the most collaborative and uniquely talented creative teams and casts together. Her casting and producing credits encompass Broadway, Circus Arts, Film, Television, Live Arena Tours, Theater Tours and more - Her energy is boundless and she especially enjoys the challenge when a project is "difficult to cast". Some of her credits include casting for Mary J Blige, Cher, Kenny Ortega, America's Got Talent, Radio City Music Hall, Superbowl LII, Le Reve the Dream, Hugh Jackman, Cher, Mannheim Steamroller, Paramount Pictures, Fox Searchlight, Jon Secada, Troika Entertainment, Norwegian Cruise Lines, Radio City Music Hall and numerous Musical Theater shows.

Nathan Cathey is a highly respected casting specialist with more than 15 years of experience collaborating alongside Louanne Madorma on some of the world's most ambitious live entertainment productions. Known for his extensive industry relationships, exceptional eye for talent, and collaborative approach, Nathan has built a reputation for assembling world-class performers across a wide range of disciplines.
His expertise spans dancers, Broadway-caliber vocalists, pop artists, musicians, and specialty circus performers, allowing him to cast productions that require both exceptional artistry and technical excellence. Whether sourcing internationally recognized performers or discovering emerging talent, Nathan combines deep industry knowledge with an understanding of each production's unique creative vision.
Danita Eldridge
Casting Specialist
Danita Eldridge is an accomplished Artistic Director, Choreographic Supervisor, Creative, and Prior Performer with more than 20 years of experience across Broadway, Off-Broadway, Las Vegas residencies, national and international tours, television, and large-scale immersive entertainment. She has leveraged her extensive skills and diverse background to become one of Las Vegas’s most valued casting consultants, with an exceptional knowledge of multiple performance disciplines—from specialized circus arts to classically trained Broadway dancers and vocalists.
